Sugar for the Bee are a Manchester-based rock power-trio. Formed in 2023, lead guitarist Rhys Parry, drummer Alex Slaven, and lead vocal/bass player Tom Rivans combine their individual influences to create a new sound, taking influence from 70’s classic rock to 90’s metal and modern heavy rock. Their groove based jam band sound pulls these genres together to create a new and fresh perspective on the original heavy rock sound. The band refers to this combination of sounds as ‘Honey Rock’.
