Sukanya a free spirit that dabbles in various fields of Art in Kolkata, India. Currently living in Goa . From music, to movement or fashion and healing her talents have no bound . Introduced to performing arts at a very young age, Sukanya has her vocals rehearsed in English, Bengali and Hindi. She doesn&#39;t belong to a particular genre and as a singer her only motive is to express her emotions without being chained to a specific style. Dancing since age 3, Sukanya has learnt various styles which helps her understand communication and relationships of the world better and deeper. Her debut Album “ Around the World” is a mix of Experimental rnb , Reggae and Dub music . It talks about her experiences with the world : good, bad and ugly . Her lyrics inspired from true events that she has seen and experienced has shaped the songs in full form . It also features Dub legend <a href="spotify:artist:1edl5fzpdS471TaQ8Bgs3w" data-name="Scientist">Scientist</a> , <a href="spotify:artist:2pbXfNhBtYTbbHPBtiOzpZ" data-name="Arrival Sound System">Arrival Sound System</a>, General Zooz ( Reggae Rajahs ) , Uri Green.
Her recent music collaboration includes an uplifting reggae number alongside <a href="spotify:artist:7Ac5cHTlXzbGSVMoc9SjJj" data-name="General Zooz">General Zooz</a> of <a href="spotify:artist:16h8kt0ndtWOlz1EqtQKHB" data-name="Reggae Rajahs">Reggae Rajahs</a> and her first Hindi Dub song Djaanemann with <a href="spotify:artist:29PbVbQWXHPZ8NagiQ1Bo8" data-name="Jideh High Elements">Jideh High Elements</a>.
She released her first Hip-Hop/Pop verse along side West Bengal’s first all female Rap artists called East Side Queens from Universal Music India’s brainchild Found Out . Darling Darling is a reggae lovers rock reviving the 70’s London movement. “ Timeless Connection ” her upcoming EP talks about her fondness with nature .
