Supermann on da Beat is a producer, spoken word artist, promoter, and activist pushing the boundaries of hip hop in Scotland. Blending genres and raw emotion, his sound bridges cultures, spirituality, and real-life experience.
Self-taught during the pandemic, Supermann quickly made waves, collaborating with global names like Mic Righteous, Hyro The Hero, and Rockie Fresh, as well as countless homegrown artists. His journey includes starring in a BBC documentary, winning the 2024 Youth Music Social Action Award, earning BBC Track of the Week twice, and receiving international radio play.
As Chief Creative Officer of Hip Hop Scotland, he’s helped grow the scene from underground shows to national recognition—hosting icons such as Mobb Deep, Souls of Mischief, and Redman, and taking events from tiny bar gigs to 2,000-capacity venues in just three years independently.
Beyond music, his spoken word explores spirituality and the experiences of marginalized communities, creating art that connects deeply. A passionate advocate for inclusion and accessibility in the arts, Supermann’s story embodies limitless possibility and the belief that representation changes everything.
