Surge707 was born in Iloilo Philippines moved to Vallejo, Ca in June 1994. Started writing music When I got exposed to the culture going to school and seeing my friends freestyle for fun. And then hearing them on a CD made it official for me to start. My cousin Jen bought me a Gemini turn table set and that’s how it all got started.
