Survivor Q

Survivor Q, born Jermaine Alexander on March 31st in Inglewood, California, is a living testimony of God’s grace. After losing his brother at 16, Jermaine found himself pulled into street life, dropping out of school, joining a gang, and falling into a cycle of smoking, drinking, and poor decisions. Though surrounded by darkness, he never fully lost his light. Raised in the church, he always knew who God was—and in 2005, he rededicated his life to Christ and began a new chapter.

His name, Survivor Q, represents more than just music, it’s a badge of honor for making it out of the streets without a criminal record, and for turning pain into purpose. Today, he uses his story and his music to inspire and uplift, sharing real-life testimonies wrapped in powerful lyrics and West Coast soul.

Survivor Q has released multiple impactful tracks, gained strong local recognition, and performed across California. He’s been nominated for several awards and collaborated with respected artists in the industry.
