Sushi Cowboy is a band out of Milwaukee making Good Ol’ Rock n’ Roll music (though they prefer the genre GreaseCore). Starting in 2021, the band started meeting in a small space in West Allis, writing songs and jamming together. After finding their drummer drunkenly in an elevator in 2022, they geared up for their first set of shows. 2023 brought their first Tour around the Midwest and the first bit of music available to the masses.
