Sushi The Kid is a Filipino artist and songwriter based in Metro Manila. Started with rap music way back in 2014 and branched out to different genres to influence his way of creating music. Engaging with sounds not familiar to the local ears, Sushi The Kid aims to introduce a brand new wave to different listeners. He mainly focuses on genres like R&B/Soul, Hip-Hop/Rap, Alternative R&B and Trap.
In 2020, he released his debut single ON MY MIND and attracted many new listeners.
In 2021, he collaborated with zp3nd, one of the best producers in the country, and released YOKOHAMA.
In 2022, his first released track called DEMONS was included in Spotify's Fresh Finds Philippines playlist.
He is currently affiliated in a collective of artists and producers called SGP MMXX.
He’s about to release his upcoming track with Jemay Santiago this May 13. Along with Kirby from Deep Ending Records, now’s most popular collective group in Dipolog city.
