Rock City Heritage continues with SUSPECT…
Having their roots in 1990s legendary “Rock City Bursa”, SUSPECT now continues its musical journey with a new sound approach. Following the changes in the current line-up, they have put industrial sounds into their music while adhering to nu-metal and hardcore genres.
Since its foundation 30 years ago, the band has released three albums, two EPs and four singles in mainly thrash metal and nu-metal genres in addition to numerous festivals and solo gigs. Renowned musicians such as Ozan Anlaş (Kargo), Ali Güçlü Şimşek (Çilekeş, GSA, Lalalar, Bubituzak) and Ferit Tunçer (Athena, AF) have taken part in the band’s line-up during this time and joined recording sessions with Serdar Öztop, Metin Kalaç and Serdar Mert.
Despite the global pandemic, the band continued with its productions with the opportunity of its rehearsal/recording studio. Lately they re-arranged and released some of its old demos and in addition to recording new material which will provide the basis for new songs. The new line-up consists of Murat Güney (V), Taylan Sulaoğlu (G), Onur Demiroğlu (G), Fuat Güney (B) and Serdar Gökhan Berber (D).
