Suspense Band

Hey, why don’t we play a concert with your songs?”
It was something like that what Carlos Linhares said to his son Luã, in the middle of 2012, in the city of Belo Horizonte – Brazil. It seemed like a good idea for the young composer, who rescued then those songs that had been waiting for years to come out to the world. It was born the dream of the SUSPENSE Band, that today aims the international audience.
Since that first concert, many new songs were crafted, mixing the audacity of Progressive Rock and the energy of Pop Music, with a delicious spice of jazzistic malice. With a lot of synthetizers riffs, guitar solos and memorable melodies, the band writes each song to be unique and original, passing through different atmospheres and themes. In 2016, they released a video clip of the song “Stranger Things“, which was inspired by the Netflix series. The band first EP, “SUSPENSE”, is about to be released in the beginning of 2018.
You could keep wondering how would those songs be, based on vague clues, but only actually listening to them is the way to discover the real spirit of that music.
