Suss Müsik creates post-classical ambient minimalism for crepuscular airports. We aren’t “new age” and we aren’t “electronica.” Where possible, real instruments are recorded in a room with archaic technology that frequently malfunctions. Occasionally sounds are replicated electro-acoustically using whatever is lying around the studio. The project is headquartered in North America by a single composer, with various collaborators located throughout the world. Suss Müsik was formed sometime between 2010 and 2014 and began releasing material in the summer of 2015. More information at www.sussmusik.com.
