Sutton King started making music in 2023, originally to score his own films when he couldn’t find the right sound anywhere else. What began as a side project quickly turned into a passion.
He first taught himself piano and now continues to take lessons while exploring cinematic and electronic music. Sutton is still learning and experimenting, picking up new instruments along the way — from the Native American flute and harmonica to the ukulele, baritone ukulele, cigar box guitar, and more.
Balancing both filmmaking and music, Sutton’s work captures the feeling of someone still discovering, creating, and growing with every project.
