Sval’s new sound has been compared to artists such as Billie Eilish and girl in red- a true reflection of her versatility. May 26 she is releasing the EP ‘SECRETS, Pt. 1’ with the focus track ‘ALONE’.
– I wanted to create a universe where I can tell people whatever I want without worrying about who would hear it. ‘SECRETS’ is supposed to be like reading my diary, Sval says.
Throughout her 10 plus years on the Norwegian music scene, the 24 year old Sval Rosenløw has won over a large Norwegian fan base that has followed her closely, and millions of listeners in Norway and internationally.
Now she is back with her first full-length release - inspired by the secrets within herself and others. Making the album Sval worked closely with fellow Norwegian songwriters Milo Orchis and Jimi Somewhere.
– We have been playing around with genres, not being very busy following rules, she says.
