Hailing from Chicago, The Swim Team has been producing and writing music for artists for over a decade. The creative collective began their musical journey after meeting during their freshman year while attending Columbia College Chicago. Since then, the Swim Team has secured dozens of placements with major recording artists as well as placements in various TV shows and commercials, with one particular project earning a Day Time Emmy in 2017 for original music created for the children's program, Storybots. The collective continues to thrive releasing new material, including <a href="spotify:album:59oiS5gDb0cqIs9NvJqKx0" data-name="In Pursuit: Side B">In Pursuit: Side B</a> by solo artist <a href="spotify:artist:3PoT1SjOLHrvhQdT0scf96" data-name="JDP">JDP</a> and the forthcoming "Muses" project featuring the single <a href="spotify:track:2JM371qnWuBi43Bqd2wvbH" data-name="Rose Colored Glasses">Rose Colored Glasses</a>. Swim Team members are now operating across the globe with individuals based in Chicago, New York and Los Angeles to engage new markets in creative ways.
