Yuichi Nishikawa’ s solo project.
Formerly a vocalist in a band, he transitioned to a career as a composer and stage music artist after developing spasmodic dysphonia.
He has composed music for more than 50 stage productions and released over 30 albums of theatrical scores. He is the composer and performer for every theatrical production of the “Fukasaku-gumi,” directed by Kenta Fukasaku, film/theater director and son
of the renowned filmmaker Kinji Fukasaku.
His next performance will be for the stage adaptation of “Drunken Angel,”（November–December 2025）

The latest work, to be released in August 2025, is a personal piece rooted in ambient, post-classical, and
electroacoustic approaches, deeply reflecting his artistic vision shaped by
theatrical music and personal experience.

SYLIANRUEは西川裕一のソロプロジェクトである。
以前はバンドでボーカルを担当していたが、声のジストニアを患い、作曲家・舞台音楽家へと転身。
これまで50作以上の舞台作品に音楽で参加し、劇伴音楽のアルバムを30枚以上リリース。
父親である深作欣二氏から引き継いだ、映画監督・演出家の深作健太氏率いる
『深作組』の全舞台作品の音楽を担当・出演している。
次回の音楽・出演公演は、明治座/御園座/新歌舞伎座公演『酔いどれ天使』
