Synaptic Collapse is an instrumental progressive metal band from Aosta (Italy).
The sound of the project is inspired by bands like Animals As Leaders, Blotted Science, Spastic Ink and Meshuggah.
In the 2011 the band record at Dissonant Studio its first EP “Quantum Multiverse” composed by five original songs.
In 2016, after a short pause, the band restarted the live activity and started writing and composing new material.
On 15 November 2019 Synaptic Collapse released their first full-length "Hemispheric Lateralization" which is composed by 10 original tracks and features an original and exclusive guest solo from the Prog Metal legend Ron Jarzombek (guitar player of Blotted Science and Spastik Inc.)
