Born Ebrahim Suso, widely known music sobriquet, Trobul Smallz or Katato, was born on the 9th August 1986, into the legendary line of Suso 'Jalos' (traditional griots).
 
He is the grandson of the late Alieu Suso, a prominent Kora-maker and player in the Gambia and the sub-region in his days.A game changing artist Katato aka T-Smallz, grew up from a distinguished musical family background in the coastal town of Bakau, a situation which doubtlessly helped his talent and skills as an instrumentalist, Singer and a Song Writer.
