Out of bedrooms and makeshift studios scattered across South Jersey, tacallian writes, produces, and records from scratch. Born in Newtown, Pennsylvania, he spent his earliest years just outside the city, where him and his older brother were jamming on toy guitars, mock drum sets, and karaoke microphones from as young as four. Later tacallian and his brother found themselves moving between apartments in Marlton, Mt. Holly, and Lumberton. It was in these in-between spaces—with a tight group of friends and the influence of his older brother—that he was first introduced to making his own songs. What started as a pastime soon grew into a purpose. Teaching himself to engineer on FL Studio and Ableton, tacallian learned to sample chords, build beats from the ground up, and shape sound with intention. The singles “Sweet” and “Holding On” quickly became listener favorites—striking a balance between introspection and groove, often carried by minimalist production and emotionally direct lyrics. In April 2025, he released his debut full-length album Jukebox, a genre-blurring collection that stitched warm textures and late-night energy into something uniquely his with influences of Steve Lacy, Malcolm Todd, Juto, and Mac Miller. Like them, he brings a sense of raw honesty and bedroom-borne experimentation to everything he touches.
