The band TAKIM was formed in Athens in 2001.
All members of the band have worked through the years with Greek and international artists such as Lorrena mcKennitt,Eric Burdon , Nana Mouskouri, Calexico,Eleni Karaindrou,Shantel,Omar Faruk Tekbilek,Charis Alexiou,George Dalaras,Dimitra Galani,Eleftheria Arvanitaki,Evanthia Reboutsika.TAKIM have performed many concerts and TV appearances in Greece and abroad-Athens Festival,Herodion,Megaron the Athens concert hall,Megaro Mousikis Thessalonikis,Athens Technopolis,Gazarte venue,Smyrna Megaron concert hall,Alati tis gis(ERT),ARTE TV(German TV) and have established over the years their presence in Greek ethnic and crossover music scene.
