the origin of the sound is a love-letter to the fleet foxes, the decemberists, lord huron and just a dash of everly brothers, if you squint.
the tales began (in the form they are today) around late 2017 in lincoln: songs soon began tumbling out about romance, mountaineering, hooded claws and lederhosen (and dungeons and dragons!?).
tales of adler was based for a time in oxford, with highlights at the bullingdon and jericho tavern, but is now based in london, where the world and music continue to take greater and stranger shape. come out and catch a show if you can!
