TAO

TAO is a musician from North Cameroon, whose music is a fusion between the sounds of the Sahelian region of Cameroon and those of the Equatorial Forest. She sings in Foufoulde, a language of the Sahelian regions of Africa.
In 2008, meeting her husband's manager was a turning point in her professional life. The latter, fond of music, discovers in her a talent as a singer. In 2013, she released her first album of 11 titles that she calls "HOLAME" (cry of distress). In 2015, his collaboration with André Manga, a great figure of Cameroonian bass living in the United States, will result in the title "Raoul Bekono", which will reveal the artist to the general public.

Thanks to the famous rapper Krotal, she joined the Scène d'Ebène team and joined the Escale Bantou structuring program which was to offer her her first international stages.

Dreaming of an even bigger world, TAO seizes the opportunity offered by Motbinama International Records (M.I.R), and signs a large production contract (360 °) with this label on July 07, 2020.

She is preparing an album of 12 tracks scheduled for release in 2021.
Her Second Album called `` YIDE '', being recorded in the studio, tells about her adventures, her experiences around the world and speaks more about her condition as a woman on a fusion music exploring and marrying Sahelian sounds with that coming from the rest of the world.
