The project of multi-instrumentalist, Michael Tapson, Tapsonic draws inspiration from ambient electronic, synthwave, indie-pop, and IDM. Tapsonic blends the dark and obscure with dreamy nostalgia that evokes a sense of loss and longing.
A Chicago native, Tapson started writing songs at an early age and became a fixture in the 90s industrial scene.
