Hailing from a musical family with a film composer father and music producer brother, performing has long been Tara’s life blood. The 23-year old trained as a dancer in the Performing Arts College in Dublin but her creative inquisition soon led her into singing and songwriting, where she effortlessly found her style of fusing raw, emotional ballads with a contemporary pop twist.
Tara’s influences – David Bowie, Massive Attack, Blondie and Nick Cave – may flavour
her music but it is her bewitching vocal performances that steal the spotlight.
A formidable live performer described by Dublin Concerts as “modern, with genuine popstar stage presence”, Tara supported Hurts on tour in December 2017 and performed at Live Nation’s ‘Female Artists to Watch For in 2019’ showcase along with Alice and Maeve earlier this month in London.
