Tarn PK is a Wellington, New Zealand based artist, producer, and songwriter.
Having released three EP’s - ‘Fantasy’ (2019), ‘Monarch’ (2021) and ‘Sugarcoated’ (2022) and 3 singles, most recently ‘Papier – Maché’ (2023), Tarn PK is releasing the new single ‘F.O.M.O’ from his forthcoming EP.
“’F.O.M.O came out of my time working my 9-to-5 desk job and feeling like I wasn’t moving as quickly in my music career as I was wanting to. Labelling that fear instead of shying away from it felt like an important thing to write about.”
The EP project, also called 'F.O.M.O', draws inspiration from the grey, overwhelming architecture of urban Wellington, while reflecting the quiet disillusionment of office life and city living. Less of a sonic pivot than past projects, this EP sees Tarn refining his sound into something intentional and emotionally grounded.
