TaylorChin

TaylorChin was born on November 24th, 1989 in Panama. He resided there until he was 3 years old, after which he moved to Kingston, Jamaica. Around the age of 9 he moved to the United States with his mother and brother, and Maryland was the first of many states he would call his home. Being raised in a broken family, mostly by his mother, TaylorChin always found solace in music. Starting with Reggae/Reggaeton and Salsa, and then moving into Hip Hop, Soul, and R&B, his musical style is very versatile–much like his background–with a sound that sets him apart from others. While he doesn’t claim to be very religious, TaylorChin is very spiritual, and many of his views are reflected in his music as well. His rap verses are poetic and promote social consciousness, and his R&B music marries a 90’s essence with a new school vibe. Drawing influences from artists like Bob Marley, Michael Jackson, Tupac Shakur, Usher, Master P, Jay Z, Whitney Houston, and many others, TaylorChin is creating his own lane in the music industry, and is ready to make his mark in his new home, Atlanta, Georgia.
