A lot of great things comes from the right timing. The Bad Guys (TBG) is one of those great things - it just so happened that Sheed Be, Kam & Scoob were all, once again, at a crossroads in their lives when they decided the time was right to take music seriously. They each had been told they should be taking the craft more seriously or that they should have never stopped recording. But breaks are necessary and the moment each of them took for themselves is the reason why they have been able to find focus together now. What makes their moments of transition special is as friends they saw each other accepting new starts and decided to come together to be a helping hand to the other. Their energy is kinetic, if one of them is rolling they are all rolling. They make music together because they are close they aren’t close because they make music together. They are individually unique in their writing and performances but together they are pursuing a goal that is one and the same. That ideology speaks to their namesake, when you’re pursing what others are not and doing what makes sense to you for yours all the good you facilitate can be met with angst from outsiders and in their story you’re The Bad Guy.
