"In the beginning, I wrote songs intending to sell them to other artists but couldn't find anyone reliable to demo my music,” Teisha Marie recalls. “So, I ended up singing out of necessity and decided to distribute the project to try and create a profile to sell my songs.” In 2007, Teisha Marie released, "Addicted to Life - The EP". In 2008, Teisha Marie founded her independent entertainment company, Teisha Marie Music, LLC.
