Tempestuous Soul was started in 2020. Unable to tour or play shows due to the pandemic, professional drummer Bryce Butler (of Shadow of Intent) decided to follow his passion for singing. Heavily influenced by Circa Survive, he set out to create an EP capturing the post-hardcore vibe from the early to mid 2000's. Enlisting the help of producer and musician Jojo Centineo, the two created this EP over a 6 month period. All drums and vocals were done by Bryce, with guitar, bass, production, and mixing done by Jojo. Additional guitars were added by Alex Whitcomb to give the EP a more "Swancore" feel. The debut EP "Catharsis" releases November 11th. With a sound driven by raw emotion, TS is sure to make you feel something.
