Tequila Deer was a fun-loving punk band active in Ypsilanti, Michigan and the greater southeast michigan DIY scene active from 2017-2020. Influences ranged and evolved from pop-punk, stoner rock and metal, to second/third-wave emo & post-hardcore.
On "Consider This A Rental" & "Anything", Tequila Deer was:
Ty Mitchell - lead vox/guitar
Spencer Haithcock - bass/trumpet
TJ White - drums
Anthony Schuurmans - lead guitar/vox
Both releases were essentially demos recorded in the attic space of their leased college-town house.
Spencer would later become a founding member of alternative rock outfit Riot Course.
