Terami is an independent singer-songwriter and composer based in Los Angeles. Combining vulnerability with obsessive detail, she composes richly woven soundscapes with evocative storytelling.
Her first album All Girl Band was released in 1999 and launched her into an unflinching and intimate lyrical exploration. Following her debut, To the Bone (2002), Entropy 29 (2005), and A Broke Machine (2008) increasingly expanded on her experimental alternative pop sound by blending electronics, poetic lyricism, piano-based melodies and personal vocals. The result is what the LA Music Scene declared, “..the progressive 'girl with a piano' that shouldn't be overlooked.”
