Terésa is Theresa Gizela Cindy, a woman who was previously active in musical theater at one of Jakarta's leading theaters. Cindy --her nickname, was also previously a singer and voice actress in several TVCs of national private brands and companies. Now, she decided to come to the fore with her first single titled "In a Wilderness", which was released on June 25, 2021. The song itself originated from a lyric back in 2015, which she then continued to demo in 2018. It wasn't until 2021 that Cindy finally decided to release it in the form of work under the name Terésa.
