Teyalos Post hardcore/Metalcore
In 2017, Ryu_st and G.Y.H. formed a band together, driven by their deep friendship and a shared desire to create music that embodies the theme of "hope". Ryu_st took charge of the lyrics, design, direction, and sampler, while G.Y.H. handled the composition, mixing, mastering, guitar, and vocals. As a completely self-produced band, they were committed to exploring new forms of expression and pushing the boundaries of their own aesthetic sensibilities.
To showcase the unique worldview of the two artists, they created projects like Tsugai, which highlights their individuality, and Suigiku/kewai, a series of designs inspired by movie soundtracks. They also initiated the feat. project, which incorporates the DNA of Teyalos into a variety of genres beyond hardcore music.
Their second EP, Aspro, features the track "Rezona," which they re-arranged as an answer song featuring lyrics altered by Pes, a talented artist with whom they share a close relationship. The album skyrocketed to #9 on Amazon MP3's chart, receiving critical acclaim from listeners and critics alike.
Since their debut in 2017, the band has continued to evolve and expand their musical horizons, incorporating diverse influences and creating new styles of music that defy categorization. With the addition of live support members, their performances have become even more dynamic, bringing their music to life in exciting and innovative ways.
