Born on the small Indonesian island of Batam, Teymur spent his early childhood far from home, where his father worked. At age 6, he moved back with his family to Baku, Azerbaijan, where a new chapter quietly began.
Though he never saw his grandfather play guitar before starting lessons, he knew music lived in the family. His grandfather often fed him names of bands and guitarists — Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Dire Straits, Santana, Jeff Beck, Eric Clapton — planting seeds that would soon grow into passion.
At just 13, he recorded his first single called "Catch", layering guitar, rhythm, and feeling with surprising maturity. His style blends blues, rock, bossa nova and instinct, echoing the greats while carving out his own sound.
From the shores of Batam to the soul of Baku, from a grandfather’s quiet guidance to the roar of blues-rock riffs, this is the story of a young guitarist whose journey has only just begun — but whose sound already tells a story far beyond his years.
