With 14 releases in 8 years, Bordeaux-based songwriter Thoineau Palis - aka TH Da Freak - has built a vast and captivating discography, and established himself as a leading figure in the French alternative rock scene.
New album "Negative Freaks" marks a new chapter for the band, as the first record composed collectively by the five-member lineup. Shifting from Palis' solo songwriting to a collaborative and free-spirited approach resulted in a raw and massive sound, blending proto-grunge influences from early Mudhoney, TAD or Nirvana with pop song structures, dissonant tones and surreal lyrics inspired by Devo.
