Tha Bomb

Tha Bomb is the name of a project by DJ/Producer Jonathan Joosten. The artist name was chosen as the first single by this project used a sample from a Dutch song called 'De Bom,' which means 'The Bomb.' That first single became a huge clubhit due to a white label release that contained the original sample from 'De Bom.' Even national Dutch radio played the song frequently, before it was even released officially. Unfortunately, the CD single release contained a cover version of the sample, and didn't become the hit it should have been. After the first release, the label that released Tha Bomb quit and producer Jonathan Joosten focused on other projects. In 2019, the project was revived with the intension to focus on Main Room Bouncy EDM, resulting in the release of Dolce Vita. In 2020, the original unreleased version of the first single by Tha Bomb was re-released, including the original sample from 'De Bom.'
