The band Thawn formed fully in Bridgend, Wales in January 2024. They sport a distinct genre of music, taking inspiration from bands like Alice in Chains, Deftones, and more. Frontman Dylan Norris originally started the band with former lead guitarist Tia Harcombe in 2023. Soon after, the bassist Kate Roberts joined. Drummer Miles Davis joined to complete the current three piece lineup in January 2024
