Hailing from the Inner West of Sydney/Eora, The After Thoughts are a four-piece indie rock band, whose original music radiates warmth and energy. Releasing their debut single on June 20th, The After Thoughts are launching ‘Horses and Courtney’ at the Oxford Art Factory. Drawing from jazz to rock, their vast array of influences are channeled into their debut single, creating a sound that blends punchy instrumentation with distinct vocal harmonies and vibrant melodies. In 2024, The After Thoughts placed first in the USYD Battle of the Bands Competition, and have since played packed-out shows at venues including Manning Bar, The Lansdowne and Oxford Art Factory.
