The Anaesthetics are a four piece Modern New Wave band from the Netherlands. They combine melancholic vocals, hybrid drum beats and unorthodox guitar parts embellished by heavy synth riffs. Expect contemporary electronics with hints of romanticism.
The band played shows throughout the Netherlands. They opened for the likes of Trentemøller (DK) and Other Lives (US), and played several major festivals such as Vestrock, Bruis and Zomerparkfeesten.
After releasing their critically acclaimed debut album “1080” in 2022, the band immediately started working on their next EP titled Everything's Gone Green, to be released early 2024. Lead single 'Roses' is coming out January 17th.
