We are the Anvils and we believe that there is nothing more heartbreaking, nothing more soothing, and nothing more fulfilling, than distorted guitars with honest lyrics. Our music tells stories all the way from the most abstract complicated feelings to silly teenage tragedies and we love every second of it. Join us in a world of rough adolescent coolness and juvenile outbursts.
We are four friends who have known each other since our early childhood. There is this unprofessional innocence that gives a certain vibe to our music. We will be releasing singles which are allocated in a variety of different sub-genres. Most of it will be heavy Indie-Rock or Alternative Rock. We have yet to find out the exact genre we belong to - if it is even necessary to label that, right?
Follow us and observe how we try to find ourselves and how we cope with the fact that you can't always stay 24.
