The Arches

The Arches are a Minneapolis band spreading love and kindness around the world. Their songs are simple sketches of studio performances.

The Arches are:
Murphy Spark- Lead Guitar, Bass
Nina Blade – Keyboards, Bass
Nova Williams - Rhythm Guitar
Jessica Fury – Drum Kit, Samples

Spark and Blade, who write and arrange the songs, have a long history of collaborating and supporting each other.
Murphy and Nina grew up on the same block and spent hours spinning vinyl when others were listening to cds. While attending the University of Minnesota School of Architecture in Minneapolis, Nova and Jessica joined Murphy and Nina for some experimental indie/pop rock explorations. Compact and melodic songs is what they were after and are still chasing to this day. "If we could play just one note to get our point across, we would." stated Murphy Spark after their Father Hennepin Memorial Hall concert in 2017.
