For me it began on a lonely road in the early hours of a distant Friday morning.
I was driving home on a cold, pitch black night and had taken what I thought was a shortcut but instead I had ended up in some remote and desolate location.
I was desperate for sleep and so I pulled the car over. I could see in the distance a bright light darting through the sky, it seemed to be circling ever closer to me. The radio was on and suddenly the car became filled with a cacophonous buzzing sound.
I must have passed out as I experienced the sensation of being suspended in the air and of melodic voices surrounding me but then I woke up and it was already the morning and everything seemed perfectly normal.
I assumed that it was all a dream but somehow my consciousness had changed. My head was filled with songs that I had never heard before and I was desperate to record them.
Until then I had only a passing interest in music but after finding my way home, I knew that come Monday morning I was going to quit my job and become a singer-songwriter. This is a true and faithful narrative of how the Be-AclecticS began.
You could loosely describe us as an indie band and our mission statement is to make classic pop/rock records.
We have more edge than the Grand Canyon,
More soul than Heaven and More pop than the Weasel.
