Beginning in 2011 The Beautiful Pursuit was the brain child of its three founding members; Aaron Thompson, Tyler Bushong, and David Kennedy. An amalgamation of two other bands whose time had come to an end the three would immediately begin writing songs and prepping to make an impact.
Nearly 12 years after the bands formation the one remaining member David Kennedy, now accompanied by his wife Allyson, push forward with the original vision of the band with renewed vigor. To make music they like, with the mission they love, for the people of the world who love Jesus, and who love punk.
The duo, pushing forward with that vision, released the first album in three years, <a href="spotify:album:0qeUqSIfzw6I7EIAV9SaMe" data-name="LOVE_LTTRS">LOVE_LTTRS</a>, as their anthem to life, love, and pop punk.
David and Allyson came to the conclusion, just after the release of the band's heritage album "As It Should Have Been" that the world doesn't have nearly a high enough concentration of clean, Christian, Pop Punk music. So, with style harkening back to some of the greats, and with a new flare for production and power, they set out to create new original tunes with the drive and crunch they love.
The latest single from the band-turned-duo released on Friday September 13th, and is an anthem dedicated to the couples first child.
