The Branches

In 2015, I had a profound experience of God’s love. Currently studying music in college, I started using my musical gifts to write music for the Lord and for others to hear the way he had touched my own heart. It didn’t take long before I recruited my sister, Anna, to sing with me.

A year or two later, I looked into recording and sought the talents of my former college apartment/house mate, Michael, who had studied guitar in the same conservatory as me.

Fast forward another year or so and I was asking Michael and a new found friend Jacob to help me put on the first Branches concert at a local church. They didn’t really know the songs and I didn’t really help them any more than saying, “just follow along as best as you can”. It was far from perfect, but when it was all done, I asked if they would like to “join up” and they both said yes!

So here we are, trying to make music for the Lord as we are able. We just hope our music opens you up to the love of God or at least makes you tap your foot a little!
