The Buck-Fifty Boys were born on a Minneapolis street corner, named after the day’s $1.50 take in an open guitar case. A roots-driven band with a heartland soul, they released one album and toured nationally in the late ’90s, sharing stages with Gillian Welch, The Old 97’s, and more. After years apart—and a few lives lived—they reunited to record long-lost songs written on the road. New singles arrive in 2025.
