The Deserter is Brent Pennington from Austin, TX, a former and/or current member of The Arthurs, The Channel, Golden Bear, Leatherbag, and various other under the radar bands. ‘At Home’ is his first solo release, with help from friend, brother-in-law, and long time musical companion, Andrew McAllister on drums.
