The Dethleffs

The Dethleffs is a rocktrio from the area Rotterdam/Gouda. They bring all their influences from Blues, Rock to Pop and Grunge into their songs, adding some groove and finishing them off with a catchy twist.

The Dethleffs joined forces right in the middle of the Corona pandemic, ending up with recording a couple of songs released in November 19th 2022 at Raiko Records with Stijn Donders. A small tour followed playing some festivals and podia.

In 2024 some new songs were added (also recorderd at Raiko records) resulting in the release of the EP ‘Last Chance’ in June 2024. The title Last Chance is easy to translate but can of course be interpreted individually by everyone. For the video of the single and title song Last Chance the help of Diets Dijkstra (yes, the bass player for Johan) has been called who directed and recorded the video at podia V11 Rotterdam. With this fresh EP The Dethleffs are ready for a new tour at festivals and podia.

The Dethleffs are Frank Jacobi (lead vocals, bas), Erik Kooijman (drums, vocals) and Guillaume Dumas (guitar, vocals). Sounds like Danko Jones meets Triggerfinger in the Soundgarden.
