The Dividends are a five piece from Huntington, West Virginia who coincidentally met at a bonfire three years while playing in completely different bands.
Trumpet, guitar, bass and drums provide the sonic scenery for the three vocalists of the group, and that furnishes a broad and original sound taken from modern influences such as Alabama Shakes, Lake Street Dive, and Amy Winehouse
In 2018, the EP's second track, "Shades of Blue" gained national attention on the syndicated radio program Lex and Terry. The Dividends are currently preparing for a full album release in 2019
