In 2022, four members of a high school track 4x800 meter team were laughing at a picture of a man-dolphin. When a lore was imagined by these young men, (Them being dolphin-men from the neighboring wash puddle, referred to in songs as P*ss Lake.) The Dolphin Bois were born. While it was a consistent inside joke, there wasn't much publicized about the group. That was until 2023, when two of the members, MateoBeats (Mateo Brenes) and Jewsain Bolt (Alex Geyser), shared the same music elective class. They came up with the idea to do one goofy song. One song turned into two, and two into three, and next thing they knew they were making a new song every class. When they realized the potential of their music, the group released two music videos on their instagram to test audience reaction (Country and Out the Hood (feat. Ridge H). They finally settled at a 15 song album, OUT THE HOOD, featuring other friends of the group including the third and fourth members, (Dilan Desai and Bennett R), released April 6, 2023. The group continues to excel on the track team and will continue to produce music through the years to come.
