The Drafted is a sludge metal band from London, Ontario. After consuming nuclear waste at young ages, the band started playing sludgecore, in honour of the texture of said nuclear waste. The band currently consists of Ryan Elgie on vocals, Cat Nichol, also of Mental State on bass, Boyd Little (former office politik) on drums, and Brody Ward on guitar, replacing original guitarist's Adam Stockford (who got too busy going romanian mode stealing copper wire as a living), and Luke Pauwells
