The EDRALINS are a Pinoy indie pop/rock band formed in Baguio in 2009. Initially associated with new wave, neo- psychedelia, and indie folk/rock, their music later came to feature slower tempos and surreal soundscapes reminiscent of dream pop and post-punk.
According to Bong, the band's emphasis is primarily on strong melodies, rather than for a specific genre. Personal influences include the Beatles, Carpenters, the Turtles, the Sundays, Swing Out Sister, Teenage Funclub, the Smiths, Everything But The Girl, the Primitives, Racoon Racoon, Amy Winehouse, D’sound, Oasis and the Stone Roses. The discography of The Edralins, consists of four studio albums, 2 compilations, 24 official music videos, 1 extended play and five singles, gold record award and platinum record award KAMI NAPO MUNA ULIT (tribute to APO HIKING SOCIETY.
