The need to express himself through music led to the emergence of some songs composed by Crestin Razvan in 2015. Since then, he has been looking for other musicians with whom he can identify and with whom he can interpret the songs. In 2018, he crossed paths with Mariana Ribeiro, beginning a new phase, now with a voice to give substance to the songs, but other sounds were needed. In 2020, through a local music competition, David Pinto joined the band on guitar and Davide Nascimento on drums. With the expansion of the band's composition, the number of members also expanded, finally including Miguel Guerreiro on keyboards, completing the band with 5 members. The Elephant Woman was born in 2020 as a project that consists of musical exploration through various musical genres. It relies on them to create a melodic "sheet" for the feeling cited by lyrical poetry.
